Time to Follow What We Preach

I was pretty good at math in high school, and really liked it. And while I hated the biology lecture in college, I loved the lab and excelled there in the small hands-on setting.

I was reminded of this because of a recent Walter Isaacson blog on Linkedin.  Isaacson talks about the importance of appreciating the beauty of both art and science. He reminds those of us who love poetry, color, and Shakespeare that yes it is important that those who love science appreciate art, but it is just as important that we learn to find the beauty in physics and math.
