Art Opens Up the Whole Person

I love teaching, and I especially love teaching art. Art opens up the whole person. Whether a child, a working adult, or a senior, in an art class you can see them putting their whole self into the experience.

An article in The Washington Post again explains why art is important to all children, and especially to those in poverty. It’s worth reading.
